Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it's sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
Substitutions for Special Occasions:
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine's, Mother's Day, etc., we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery. If the flowers or vases you requested are not available and we cannot find a substitution that fits what you have chosen we will contact you via the phone number or email address you provided us.
Please, be advised that we receive big amounts of orders during special occasions and we cannot ensure a specific time for your order to be delivered. We work with "morning" and "afternoon".
